Product Description

Clearyl Water Filters are only for use with the Jura Capresso Z5, Z6, S9 Avantgarde, S7 Avantgarde, E9, E8, and F7. The Clearyl system will reduce water hardness up to 75%, as well as removing large percentages of chlorine, lead, copper, and aluminum from your water if they are present.

• Clearyl water-filter cartridge for Capresso coffee machines
• Works with Impressa Z6/Z5, S9/S7 Avantgarde, F60/F8/F7, J5, and E9/E8
• Additive removes most carbon and practically eliminates decalcifying
• Reduces water hardness up to 75 percent; helps remove impurities

In all the years I've been using these, I've never had a calcium or scale build-up in my coffee maker, which is the point I guess. No build up that I have noticed. Amazon has the lowest price I've seen and I did not know they sometimes were available in the 4 for 3 deals.
